Poster Presentation Guidelines

General Guidelines
  1. Please make sure the poster follows the guidelines below
  2. All accepted abstract presentations are required to submit E-poster by 10th September 2021.

  4. Your e-poster will be uploaded into the conference website during the whole time of the conference.

Poster Presentation Format
  1. Poster should be in portrait orientation and size A0 (841 × 1189 mm or 33.1 × 46.8 inches)
  2. The poster should be in English.
  3. The presentation must cover important material that is presented on your accepted abstract.
  4. Place the title of your paper at the top of the poster to allow viewers to identify your paper. Indicate the paper’s title and authors’ names.
  5. Highlight the authors’ names, emails and address information in case viewers are interested in contacting you for more information. Please underline the name of the presenting author
  6. Prepare all diagrams and paragraphs neatly and readable.
  7. Use different colours and textures/symbols for each line or bar contained in your graph or chart.
  8. Organize the paper, so it is self-explanatory. You have complete freedom in displaying your information in figures, tables, text and photographs.
  9. Please ensure that the poster is clear and the text is easy to read.
  10. All e-posters are to be submitted in Portable Document Format (.pdf)
